by State Matching Funds Massachusetts Will Match Your GiftThe Commonwealth of Massachusetts will contribute one dollar for every two dollars given to the Opportunity for a Lifetime campaign through the Public Higher Education Endowment Incentive and Capital Outlay Contribution Program.  It provides for up to $5 million for WSC’s endowment by matching private donations received through June 30, 2010.
Through this program, a gift to Opportunity for a Lifetime: A Campaign for the Future of Worcester State College is timed perfectly to take maximum advantage of this limited time state initiative. By raising $10 million in private support, we have achieve the maximum possible match to augment the College’s endowment.
